LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (January 28, 2012) - Each January, thousands of people attend the Arkansas Big Buck Classic at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds. And this year will be no different.

Generations of Arkansas outdoorsmen will get to see quality deer harvested from every region of the

There will be a live deer display where hunters can show off their deer heads and possibly take away the top prize for Overall Largest Deer.

But there is plenty for the non-hunters. From the new Bwana Jim's Live Animal Kids' Show to the free bow fish shoot tank and knifemaking demonstrations, there is something for the whole family.

Admission price is $10 for adults and $5 for kids ages 5-12. Kids 5 and under get in free. Parking is free.

So, somebody thought it would be a good idea to make a silent movie in a time when the majority of the audience is looking for next, bigger explosion? Surely, making such a film would be a waste of time because it couldn't possibly be entertaining, interesting, or even good at all right? Do
...more moviegoers even know that there was a time when ALL films were silent? Will people walk out of the theater demanding their money back because either they didn't know it was a silent movie or because they thought something was wrong with the sound? How can The Artist go from an innovative, bold concept of a film to being on the brink of being the best picture of the year?

The Artist takes place in the age of Hollywoodland when everything was black and white, major productions where rare, and the only sound was an accompanying musical score, meaning the dialogue was a text that was inserted in the film. Yes, you had to read at the movies. It's about a silent film actor, George Valentin

BRYANT, Ark. (KTHV) - A Central Arkansas mayor gets sued by a former employee that she fired a little more than a year ago.

We're talking about Bryant Mayor Jill Dabbs and the city's former Human Resources Director Shayne King.

King says she's kept quiet for the past year
...more on her termination from Bryant City Hall. But she felt it was now time to get her story out. And while Mayor Dabbs, who declined an on camera interview for this story, calls much King's allegations false, King says we should let the courts decide.

After a display in town this week, Randy Coger has his sign back home Friday night, supporting Bryant Mayor Jill Dabbs.

"She's morally correct, she's got a ton of patience, she's a humble lady," Coger said.

Coger says that she's done good work in her first year, like "cutting out the fat" at city hall, and he's fed up with the attacks against her.

"She can't sneeze without them blowing it out of proportion,"
