LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- It's back! A popular THV favorite. We're talking about "Everyone has a Story."

You may remember, years ago, Liz Massey would throw a dart at a state map and wherever it landed, she'd travel to that town and search for everyday Arkansans to share their
...more extraordinary stories.

Well, Liz is bringing back the series, but with a digital twist. Every Friday on "Today's THV at 6:00" in February, she's choosing THV Facebook friends and telling their stories.

To get started, Liz gave several profiles a spin and randomly chose one. That led her to the Little Rock home of Jamall Filat (photo gallery). Jamall and his wife, Tricia, are on a treasure hunt.

"We definitely need some bookcases," says Jamall.

He's always looking for a deal.

"My wife will always say, 'I wish I could have one of those; I wish I could have one of those,' and I'll say, 'Wait until you find one at a garage sale and maybe you can,'"

ALEXANDER, Ark. (KTHV) - Saline County authorities are investigating a shooting that happened between four men at a home in Alexander.

"The last thing that you expect to happen in your neighborhood on an afternoon when the weather is nice and people are outside is to start
...more hearing multiple gunshots," said Saline County Sheriff Bruce Pennington at a press conference Friday.

Police say Monday afternoon, Jason Harcourt along with his friend, Jamar Williams, met up with Joshua Green and John Hayes at Hayes' home in Alexander. Witnesses say the four began arguing and exchanged gunfire. Harcourt was shot several times, Hayes once. Green and Williams took off.

Harcourt was transported by ambulance to an area hospital, Hayes by private vehicle.

Sheriff Bruce Pennington with the Saline County Sheriff's Department says it was all over two bags of meth.

"It was a drug deal gone bad.

MORRILTON, Ark. (KTHV) -- A building collapse in Morrilton left an empty lot in the downtown area. Now that the city has cleaned up the collapse, the mayor wants a new business to come take its place.

He's so eager to have a business come; he's willing to throw in the property for
...more free.
"We're not out to make money; we're out to make jobs."

Morrilton Mayor Stewart Nelson says wants to bring jobs to his town. To make that happen, he's putting prime property in downtown on the table for free.

"If we can find someone who is willing to come in here, bring some jobs to downtown Morrilton and give some local people a chance to work, I think we would be willing to let them have the property," explains Nelson.

The mayor says the city took ownership of the lot on the corner of Division and Broadway after two buildings collapsed there in May. That collapse killed a two year old girl and injured six others.

It's been nearly nine months since

LITTLE ROCK (KTHV) -- There are proposed changes for the U.S. Air Force and they could impact bases in Arkansas.

The Air Force outlined recommended plans Friday as part of President Obama's budget heading to Congress this month. There are impacts on the two Arkansas Air National
...more Guard wings, one in Fort Smith and the other at Little Rock Air Force Base.

Here in Central Arkansas, we're looking at a proposal to retire some of the C-130 fleet, and that could reduce the training mission down the road at Little Rock Air Force Base.

Three C-130's would be retired over the next five years; two from the Air Force Reserve and one from the 189th Air Lift Wing, which is part of the Arkansas National Guard. They also plan to exchange 14 older C-130'S for new ones overall at Little Rock Air Force Base.

In Fort Smith, the 188th Fighter Wing could see a proposed transition to a remotely-piloted aircraft mission next year. Official says a pilot will still
