LITTLE ROCK (KTHV) - Arkansas' top prosecutor is heading to the U.S. Supreme Court.

State Attorney General Dustin McDaniel will deliver an argument to our nation's highest court, hoping to retry a 2007 Little Rock murder case.

It's been at least 15 years since Arkansas saw
...more its top prosecutor go before the U.S. Supreme Court. McDaniel will appear before the Justices Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. He's arguing against a Double Jeopardy challenge from the attorneys of Alex Blueford of Jacksonville.

Pulaski County prosecutors charged Blueford in the late 2007 murder of his girlfriend's toddler son, Matthew McFadden Jr. Little Rock Police reports say the boy was found unconscious at their apartment. JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (KTHV) -- Since it's Valentine's week, Liz Massey decided to find a love story. She didn't have to search far.

Becky Polson posted her story on our Today's THV Facebook page and it's one that will truly touch your heart.

You see, Becky and her husband
...more Gerald (photo gallery) have been together since she was 16 years old.  They just celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary.  But Becky's afraid Gerald doesn't remember. They're dealing with a disease that's stealing his memories.

It's a love story that began more than 3 decades ago for Becky and Gerald Polson.

"We met in 1975, in northeast Oklahoma at a park, we had mutual friends and he was camping," recalls Becky.

She was 16 and he was 19. They've been together ever since.

"She gave me that eye, you know," Gerald says laughing.

But a trip down memory lane and looking at old photographs is actually bittersweet. You see, the couple just celebrated

CASM hosted their first seminar over the weekend, and overall it was a great success. There were quite a few new faces who joined us for the informative class. The topic was Airbrushes and was lead by Kenneth Childres, David Wassell and Ron Leker.

Cliff Bullock, one of CASM's members
...more and an attendant of the Airbrush Seminar had this to say about it.
In my opinion the airbrush seminar was good for me. Some of the information covered I already knew, some I did not. I consider myself an average modeler/air brush user. Not an expert, but not a beginner. Just someone trying to better my skills. With the help of Ken and David, I was able to spray a thin fine line with my airbrush. Something I have been striving to do. I also enjoyed learning about different models of airbrushes. It was also good to hear from David, Ken, and Ron about some of their experiences airbrushing. I was happy to see some new faces at the seminar. Some possible future CASM members. A big THANKS to

JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (KTHV) - Central Arkansas gets a visit from America's First Lady on Thursday.

Michelle Obama came to Little Rock Air Force Base (photo gallery) on her mission to fight our country's obesity epidemic. She specifically came there to recognize efforts that they've put
...more in place with a pilot nutritional program, now being spread across military bases nationwide.

"Just talk a bit about the readiness issue," First Lady Michelle Obama says.

You may recognize that voice, sitting around a table of Little Rock Air Force Base officials, First Lady Michelle Obama.

"I'd love to hear a bit more about what you all are seeing," the First Lady said.

She's learning about a pilot program here, offering more nutritious food to airmen, and impressed by the effort so far.

"This is a model for what we will see throughout the armed services, which is one of the reasons we wanted to come to this base," Mrs. Obama said.
